• The WBA is open to any individual who has a specific research project. There is no charge to visiting researchers for use of archival holdings.
• The Reading Room is open by appointment on Monday-Thursday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Assistance to researchers unable to visit USC is possible via email at the curator's discretion.
• Typical users include the students and faculty of USC and other academic institutions, as well as filmmakers, independent researchers and personnel from Warner Bros. Studios, Turner Entertainment Co., and Time Warner.
• Appointments are required and should be scheduled at least two weeks in advance. For an extended research visit, please contact the archive well in advance (at lease four to eight weeks before arrival) to make arrangements.
• The WBA accepts mail, email, phone and fax inquiries. The curators are available to answer phone inquiries from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST Monday through Friday.
